This program is also the EASIEST PROGRAM to obtain Canadian Permanent Residency.

Selection

Candidates are selected by Nova Scotia’s Labour Market Priorities stream directly from the Federal Express Entry pool. If selected for Nova Scotia’s Labour Market Priorities stream, candidates receive additional 600 points. These points are sufficient for an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in a Federal Express Entry draw.

Nova Scotia Entrepreneur Stream

Eligibility

  • Age 21 years of age or older

  • Must have a net-worth of $600,000

  • Capacity to invest $150,000 of your own money to establish a business in Nova Scotia

  • Must have 3-year experience in running own business with 33.3% ownership; or 5-year experience in a senior business management role
