Mr. Bhoj Bhatt is a Barrister and Solicitor registered with the Law Society of Ontario, Canada. With over 25 years of legal experience in multiple legal areas, he possesses unique legal expertise that he has honed through his diverse legal career. Before becoming a Barrister and Solicitor in Canada, Mr. Bhatt was a full-time Assistant Professor at Kathmandu School of Law, where he taught a variety of legal subjects for over 8 years. Mr. Bhatt is also an Advocate under the Nepal Bar Council and holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Lucknow (India) and an LL.B. degree from Tribhuvan University (Nepal).
In Canada, Mr. Bhatt was also a licensed paralegal under the Law Society of Ontario. In addition, Mr. Bhatt also completed a one-year Immigration Consultant program from Humber College with distinction in 2013. He has successfully represented numerous clients using his legal research and representation skills. Furthermore, Mr. Bhatt is a Notary Public in Canada, allowing him to provide notarization services to clients.
